In the present time, due to professional lifestyle, man has remained entangled in artificial means other than natural systems. Due to running day and night and irregular eating habits, diseases are becoming more and life is getting shorter. Most of us, forgetting the slogan “Health is Wealth” taught in our childhood, we would have to follow daily routine, nutritious diet, yog/excercise, good sleep, these steps will achieve our goal of Our health is our responsibility.
